SIGNCOMET
Refund policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
How to request a SignComet refund, how requests are reviewed, and how refunds differ from canceling renewal.
Case-by-case refunds
SignComet reviews refund requests individually. We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the circumstances, including duplicate or incorrect charges, technical problems, the purchased features, usage and the timing of your request. This applies to initial purchases, renewals and plan changes. Any rights required by applicable law or provided by Paddle's applicable buyer terms take precedence; this policy does not limit those rights.
How to request a refund
Email hello@signcomet.com or use Support in your SignComet account. Include the email used for the purchase, your invoice or transaction reference, the payment date and a description of the issue. Please contact us promptly. Do not send card numbers, passwords, vault passphrases, recovery keys or document contents. For a purchase processed through Paddle, you can also request help using the support link in your receipt or Paddle purchase support, linked below.
Review and processing
We may ask for information needed to locate the payment and assess your request. We will communicate whether a refund is approved, partially approved or declined and explain the outcome. Paddle processes approved refunds for Paddle purchases, normally to the original payment method subject to its applicable policy. Payment-provider and bank processing times vary; a support request alone is not confirmation that a refund has been issued.
Cancellation and paid access
Stopping renewal prevents the next recurring payment and normally preserves paid access until the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund unused days, unused allowances or previous payments. If a refund is approved, the associated paid access may end or be adjusted as explained when the request is resolved. Existing documents and incoming signing remain subject to the service's access and retention terms.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law or Paddle's transaction terms provide greater protection, that protection applies. You may exercise those rights through the contact methods above. You do not have to give up your lawful right to dispute a payment to contact support.
